Bike-lockers of the world unite, you have nothing to lose but your wheels.
With the "Spokesman" I attempt to create a bike rack that allows the user to lock both wheels and the frame using only a standard U-lock. Further criteria include having no moving parts and ability to accommodate different frame sizes.
