On day three of our Khumbu hike, we have only a short distance to cover to reach our destination of Syangboche. However, we're still struggling with the high altitude, and only slowly make our way up the hill beyond Namche Bazaar.

At the top of the hill, between Namche Bazaar and Syangboche, stands a chorten (a small structure holding religious offerings or relics).
