The two dining cars on the train are particularly well-decorated, and the Southeast Asian cuisine they serve is wonderful. Angela shies away from the Thai food, but Jan gets a delicious green Thai seafood curry that's so spicy he can just barely eat it. After we've finished dinner, the train pulls into Kuala Lumpur, only eight hours after leaving Singapore. Finished with the first leg of our train journey, we disembark for a week in Malaysia. |
